Semper International is in need of a Sales/Account Manager for our San Francisco, CA office.
We are a specialty staffing firm for the printing, copying and digital industry.
Our goal is to provide a solid flexible staffing solution to our clients with options to flex-to-hire and direct hire candidates if our client’s needs are greater than just temporary (flex) staffing.
Being a niche firm we require any internal hires to have at least 3 years experience in the printing field or 5 years experience in the temporary staffing business.
Your ability to multi task, set priorities, SELL, recruit and grow the office will be key. It is very important that any candidates applying to this position have good computers skills, able to use a database, multiple websites and email/IM's to communicate internally and with clients and candidates. Semper is looking for aggressive self-starters who are confident enough to bring in and close business. Must be able to consult and coordinate staffing efforts with Placement Coordinators.
