Place Job Orders

Now clients with an online account can create customized job orders according to the type of skill set their company needs and send it directly to Semper via the Internet.

Clients will have three options for receiving the information from Semper. You can either choose to receive:

E-mail notifications of candidates that match your needs.
A call from a Semper Account Manager to go over the candidate qualifications.
Both e-mail notifications and a call.

Your set criteria will be matched to our pre-qualified set of candidates and those that meet your criteria will be possible candidates. The highlight of the matching system will be the direct response your company will receive from your job order. Semper's computer system will match the needed job skill to our entire database of pre-qualified and available candidates and send you all the matching results. The specific work order will be placed on our website, so that candidates visiting the website will be able to review.
