Semper International, our head company, was founded and is staffed by professionals who were raised and trained in the graphic arts and staffing industries. Since 1994 Semper has successfully provided staffing solutions. We get it, it’s what we’re good at.

The Semper team, being big fitness buffs, noticed a void in the fitness industry and saw that our model could be effectively transferred over to the fitness world. So we did. We’re the first and only company offering staffing solutions to facilities in the Greater Boston region.
